Sunday, September 22, 2019, 10:15am - 11:15am
This repeat is an exception to the normal repeat pattern
Celebrate and share the gift of God’s providence with a Harvest Home celebration. The sanctuary will be decorated for the event.
- You can bring in canned goods or other non-perishable food items as a way of saying Thank You for God’s providence. The food items will be donated to a local pantry.
- You can purchase a mum to help decorate the sanctuary. The 8” mums can be taken home after the 10:15 am service on that day. If you wish to order a mum (colors will vary), please signup in the narthex or notify the church office by September 8. The cost of the mums will be $5.00. Payment can be placed in the offering plate marked “mums” with your name on the envelope.
- ECHO Offering - Echo’s mission is to help hungry people around the world. They do this primarily by being a knowledge hub for resources and practices to reduce hunger. We gather solutions from around the world that are solving hunger problems and disseminate them to our active network. These solutions promote sustaina-ble farming techniques, nutritional plants, and appropriate technologies. They are well tested and proven to be successful over and over again. We gather solutions from around the world that are solving hunger problems and disseminate them to our active network. They in turn teach others and the ECHO effect continues! They have 82 staff members around the world. They have trained over 2,700 people and delivered more than 11,000 seed packets to people free of charge. Go to Echonet.org for more information.
